The release of Amrit and Jugbir film has been an overwhelming experience. On the first day it was released on instagram, we received an amazing 30,000 hits! The film has reached parts of the world that we never anticipated and has been viewed by people we never expected. The narrator of the film is a well known British philosopher, Alan Watts. Unlike other philosophers, he demonstrated many curious minds across the globe how to construct their own meaning out of life. Before we began filming, Amrit and Jugbir heard the lecture from which notable parts have been used in the film and they instantly knew that the words underpinned the meaning of the film and their outlook on life. We are humbled to share that the film has reached as far as Alan Watt’s son, Mark Watts, who kindly shared his thoughts on the film with us: “The film is breathtakingly beautiful and the “What do you desire?” message combines wonderfully with the idea of an inspired and adventurous union and of course the photography is beautiful” - Mark Watts We never believed that the film would reach as far as it has done.
