THE BRIEF
I am a contemporary artist named San B, and I have recently unveiled my latest artwork titled 'Olympic King.' The artwork portrays world champion boxer Amir Khan through the medium of precious crystals and stones, with each of the 40,000 Swarovski crystals applied by hand. I would like you to create a film showcasing my artwork and the process behind it, as well as my history of creating crystal portraits of high-profile celebrities and leaders from the world of music, sport, and culture, including Elvis Presley, Madonna, Prince, and Winston Churchill.
The portrait's making will feature in Amir's new BBC3 reality show, Meet the Khans: Big in Bolton, due to air in March 2021. The Olympic King portrait will be auctioned as part of the Amir Khan Foundation's 'Lots for Life' auction, with proceeds going towards supporting low-income households and the homeless during the pandemic.
We want the film to highlight the beauty and intricacy of the artwork, as well as the hard work and dedication that went into creating it. We also want to showcase the significance of the portrait and the positive impact it will have on people's lives through its auction proceeds.
THE CLIENT
